HUNT GUIDELINES, POLICIES & WAIVERS

> All rifles, shotguns and pistols shall be unloaded when not in use or instructed by guides. 

> Hunters are required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $1000. Deposit will be applied toward the hunter’s game fee. 

> Hunters must be aware of your target and will not shoot unless hunter has a clean shot and steady rest. Make sure there are no houses or other animals in line of fire.

> If an animal is wounded and we find blood, hair or tissue we consider the animal harvested and the hunter will be responsible for appropriate fees – regardless of whether or not the animal(s) recovered. We will do everything within our means to find your animal. 

 All animals that are required and regulated by the State of Texas must be properly tagged by hunter before returning to camp. Our guides will help you with this along with making sure that your trophy is properly cared for. 

> Animals must be taken by legal means of firearms, recognized by Texas Fish and Game Regulations for rifles, bows, cross bows or pistols and correct ammunition and caliber. 

Hunters are responsible for having the following: Valid Hunters License, Hunters Safety Card (If required hunter will be informed upon booking).   

> There will be a $200 dollar a day charge if hunter does not kill his or her animal to cover guide fees and lodging. 

> Release of liability must be signed by all hunters and non-hunters prior to arriving for hunt.  

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE IMMEDIATE END OF YOUR HUNT.
